Confirmed PC platforms
Confirmed GlobalNC says the Global version is being developed as a PC-only release through Steam and PURPLE. Steam’s current store page also lists the October 5 launch.
What “PC-only” means right now
Do not write launch guides that promise console or mobile clients. Korea/Taiwan service history can create confusion, but the Global announcement specifically frames the Global build around PC via Steam and PURPLE.
Steam vs PURPLE choice
Choose the launcher that fits your account and regional availability. Until NC publishes meaningful platform-specific gameplay differences, there is no evidence-based reason to claim one client gives better in-game progression.
