AION 2 Global max level is 45
Global Season 1 launch cap: 45The September 4 official AION 2 Dungeon Live Gameplay Showcase confirms that the Global Season 1 launch cap is level 45. Do not confuse that with the public Launch Scale Test cap of level 37.
Why level 37 and level 45 both appear online
37 is the temporary Launch Scale Test cap. 45 is the Global Season 1 launch cap. The test is intentionally limited and wiped after Day 2, so its cap is not the retail progression ceiling.

Season 1 Heroic gear status
No Heroic-rarity equipment in Global Season 1The same official showcase explains that Heroic-rarity equipment, including crafted Heroic gear, is not part of Global Season 1. Do not copy late KR gear progression directly into launch-day Global guides.
What this changes for launch planning
Level 45 is the first sensible endpoint for launch-route planning. That makes the 20 → 28 → 35 → 45 Expedition thresholds more useful than generic “rush to cap” advice copied from another regional patch.
